Our premium pavilion and pergola kits are crafted from real, solid lumber—not engineered or hollow substitutes. Every kit includes full assembly instructions and is designed for easy on-site construction.
Our kits come in a range of standard sizes, with detailed assembly instructions included. The base price covers pick-up at our mill. Delivery is available for an additional charge, calculated based on your location. Optional electrical packages and fully custom structures are also available as upgrades.

Post Footing Requirements
All 6x6 TRUE post installations require a minimum of an 8–10-inch Sono Tube to meet structural standards or already poured concrete that can withstand the weight. Please confirm the required footing depth based on your local building codes prior to the start of your project. For your convenience, we offer optional excavation and concrete-pouring services. Contact us regarding pricing and availability.
NOTE: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to determine and obtain all required permits. The seller or the installers assumes no liability for noncompliance with local zoning, building codes, HOA regulations, or legal requirements.
Natural Wood Characteristics
We use true-dimensional, solid Eastern Hemlock timbers for their durability, beauty, and rustic appeal. Natural checking (surface cracks), minor shrinkage, and slight movement are normal features of large solid wood timbers and do not affect structural integrity. These natural marks are part of the timeless charm of real wood construction.
